I thought this Malice vlog was really dope and objective.  He just talks about the realities of the music game.  Yes it gets over exaggerated, but it’s for the fun of it.  At the end of the day Malice is just coppin a little real estate, whipping the X5, hitting the back 9, and ironically making waffles.  It’s shit like this that gives me hope.

Wow this Rhymefest song is ridiculous.  Why isn’t there more of this?  I like how Rhymefest actually tries to stand for something, regardless of whether I agree with everything he says.  Scram Jones getting crazy with the beat.  Off El Che.

I thought this Vimby interview with The Cool Kids and Don Cannon was pretty well done.  I’m not even going to try an pretend like I haven’t shat on The Cool Kids, and brushed them off as a temporary phenomena.  However the first two leaks, “Champions” & “Popcorn” have really impressed me.  “If it ain’t American then I can’t even drive it”.  Shout to Chuck Inglish for trying to set a precedent to reinvest into domestic car companies.  Am I crazy to say that Cannon has de-complicated the sound.  Keeping their distinct style, while making it easier to comprehend.  Be on the look for the Don Cannon X Cool Kids mixtape Gone Fishin’.

Statik Selektah, Evidence, & Fashawn getting lit and making music?  That event intrigues me.  Statik has really been killing it on the production side, and the first leak off of The Hangover “The Thrill Is Gone” has a tendency to stay on repeat.  Verses from Styles P & Talib can do that.  “You can get your check I can’t knock that, but it’s a culture you can’t forget about that.”- Styles P

Speaking of Fashawn, I might as well shamelessly promote my interview with him.  Check out the story, and cop some music here.
