BREAKING NEWS: Max B Allegedly Sentenced 75 Years

Harlem rapper Max B a.k.a Biggaveli, has allegedly been sentenced to 75 years in prison today (September 3, 2009) for his role in a robbery in a Fort Lee, New Jersey hotel. The robbery gone wrong led to the double murder of Allan Plowden and David Taylor in September of 2006. Max B, real name Charly Wingate, appeared in court today with co-defendant Kevin Leerdam. Both have been convicted on charges of felony murder, kidnapping and armed robbery. Taylor was shot and killed during the robbery, which was also planned with Max B’s ex-girl friend Gina Conway. Conway later testified against both Max B and Leerdam during their trial in June 2009.   Max B recently fired his attorney Gerald Saluti just before the 75-year sentenced was given. His co-defendent Kevin Leerdam received a life sentence as well as an additional 35 years for his role in the murders, while Conway, Max  B‘s ex-girlfriend is facing an 18-year sentence. Although these reports have yet to be confirmed.
