After releasing his new three part “The Cold War” mixtape, Gucci has announced his upcoming plans to release his new album.

The album “The State Vs. Radric Davis” , features production from Drumma Boy, Mannie Fresh, Sean Garrett and Polow da Don, who produced the first single “Spotlight” featuring Usher.

The ATL rapper revealed that So Icey/Asylum/Warner Bros. Records will be releasing the album December 8, 2009. The album also features appearances by Lil Wayne, Soulja Boy, and Gucci’s So Icey labelmates OJ Da Juiceman and Waka Flocka.

Gucci’s had a huge mixtape following and gained most of his fanbase through them, so I’m sure all those crazy Gucci fans will definitely cop this and make sure he does well in first week sales.
