Reports are coming out that Lil’ Wayne will be copping a plea deal in a gun case in New York from 2007.  According to Allhiphop.com, he is facing up to 3 1/2 years in prison for his alleged involvement with a loaded .40-cal pistol found on his tour bus . Wayne is rumored to be willing to accept the deal to avoid a long  jail sentence and the source also  said the term will begin in February of 2010 under the terms of the deal.  He is to agree in court to this tomorrow in NYC.  According to another report by the Associated Press, there was a “minuscule” amount of Weezy DNA on the gun that has strengthened the case for the prosecution.
