Well everyone knows  NYC is the place to be for Halloween, this year the parade was crazy as ever. It did rain for a few minutes but after that it was poppin`. The sites, sounds, Characters (more like drunks-including me), and activities makes the parade a must do for New Yorkers that are too old to trick and treat. For all the people that couldn’t make it out here`s some celebs out and about painting the town red, enjoy:
