Sources are confirming that Timbaland has axed Chris Brown off a track on his new album and the decision wasn’t entirely because of the music.
Sources say that Chris had provided some vocals for a song Tim has called The One I Love. Realizing the connotation that carried having Chris singing the song, he was cut.
Though reps for both sides deny that being the case (Tim’s people say they “love Chris”), rapper D.O.E., who also appears on the track, which was originally called Maniac, says the track was changed because “some people” didn’t think it would be a good idea to attach Brown to a song with that title.
