Apparently prison isn’t in February…Weezy managed to buy himself a little more time and has had his sentencing postponed until March 2nd.
MTV is reporting that the case was adjourned because of Wayne’s need for dental surgery due to a cracked tooth. The rapper is scheduled to have surgery on Feb. 12th and needs at least a week to 10 days for recovery.
The judge expressed his discontent saying:
“I don’t want this to get pushed back anymore. This is the last adjournment.”
Looks like Weezy’s got another month to do work, so much for saying goodbye to the fans and a going away party..
