50 Cent’s 52-room mansion in Farmington, CT is now up for sale, according to agent Curt Clemens of Century 21 Clemens & Sons in Hartford. 50 bought the 48,000 square-foot home from Mike Tyson in September 2003 for $4.1 million. Tyson paid $2.7 million for the house in 1996.

50 reportedly spent a whopping $6 million on renovations on the house, which now includes a helicopter pad and stripper poles.

Curt Clemens, owner of Century 21 Clemens & Sons in Hartford, told the Hartford Courant Wednesday that he toured the house a few months ago after being contacted by representatives of the rapper who said he wanted to sell the property.

“I was surprised it hadn’t come on the market because we were expecting it,” said Clemens to the Hartford Courant. “He’s put a lot into it, and it’s all very tasteful, except the stripper poles.”
