Everyone knows who Anthony Anderson is. The name might not be familiar, but as soon as you see his face you can rattle off the dozens of movies he’s been in. From “Hustle & Flow” to “Me Myself & Irene,” not too mention his TV appearances in “The Shield”, “Til Death” and “The Bernie Mac Show”, plus his voice over work in video games like Scarface: The World is Yours and the upcoming Def Jam: Icon.

Anderson’s hustle continues in the TV arena as he has been cast in the co-starring role for Fox’s “K-Ville”, a drama based in New Orleans. The show follows a pair of cops as they work in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and try to rebuild the city. Anderson will play one of the cops who sincerely believes that if everyone pulls together, the city can thrive again. Anderson’s co-star will have an opposite view. You’ll also be able to see Anderson in the Transformers film opening on July 4.
