What’s good people? My weekend was about as boring as the music that came out over the past few days. I only have a few things to say, and then you should download whatever you’re feeling.

-My favorite track of the day is from the boy Termanology featuring Bun B of all people on a DJ Premier beat called “How We Rock”. I’m lovin the randomness of this collabo because it actually comes off as sounding good where as a lot of features are kind of forced so that there is a big name on the track. Termanology is from Lawrence, MA and is signed over at Nature Sounds. I remember when I first heard the dude on 88.9 (small college radio in Boston), and have been an avid listener ever since. Termanology is the truth, Bun B is the truth, and DJ Premier is the truth. So according to my math truth+truth+truth= “How We Rock”.

-Ludacris & DJ Drama dropped a mixtape today called The Preview (Which you can cop here) and this track “We Ain’t Worried Bout You” is off it. I’ve always felt Luda is a little corny although he serves a necessary purpose. He makes simple and fun music that I know a lot of people love. I’ve skimmed the tape and it sounds good, then again every tape DJ Drama drops is damn near classic. I just love this Luda video and now I have an excuse to link it.

-Unfortunately I actually have some good things to say about R. Kelly. This song “Two Seater” actually has some serious bump to it. What is it with Chicago artists always pulling off the southern sound so well. I could have sworn GLC was from somewhere down in the dirty when I first heard him. So ya I like this song, even if the guy who made it likes to secretly film himself peeing on young girls.

-Did you just see a Warren G song? Yes you did, I couldn’t believe it myself. Check out the Young Chris track too. Mark my words, Young Chris is about to become one of the biggest names in hip-hop. Give him a year I’d say.
