What’s good? I have finally made a triumphant return. Have I been in some exotic location sunbathing with models you ask? No, I’ve been in the office the entire time, but completely busy with other stuff. Big shouts to Mike for helping me operate a somewhat functional audio section, while I’ve been doing other shit. My comments are going to be super brief, so just cop the download if you think something is the hotness. Also if you want to be featured in the audio section hit me up with a track or two in an mp3 format at featuredaudio@crackspace.net . If it’s good I’ll throw it up.

-Perspective

-This Termanology joint is just bonkers. It’s just that official hip-hop music. The beat has a nice jazz influence as well as some ill lyrics from the boy Term. I’m a little biased since Term is from the Bean like me, but how can any true hip-hop heads not co-sign the dude as being official.

- I still think a lot of other bloggers think Crooked I is nicer than he really is, but this I really like this track. The track is basically about how women are irrational and way to emotional. Since I’m a dude I couldn’t agree more.

-This Scarface joint goes real hard. Scarface is definitely one of my favorite MC’s, and his last album Made could very well be my favorite album of 2007. He’s just got this grown man swagger that I think is the truth. The dude is too old to just be rapping about fucking bitches and making money, and at least he was intelligent enough to realize that. Face is ill, and if you disagree you’re an idiot.

-The Slim Thug track “Bitch I’m Back” is nice if not simply for the Devon The Dude feature. I like Devon a lot, but he is kind of like Hell Rell in that he is great to be featured on a track, but I don’t run out to cop a whole album from the dude. I’m not a fan of Slim Thug complaining about how having his first album produced by The Neptunes is the reason it didn’t do as well as it could of. Actually the only reason it sold as many units as it did was because of the Neptunes production.

-Freeky Zekey came out with a song that doesn’t completely suck.
