What up.  It’s been a minute, so I figured I needed to drop one of these on you.  featuredaudio@ihiphop.com.  Mp3′s Only.

.

-Yung Joc has a terrible case of  Grind Flu.  Don’t you just hate it when you catch that?

.

-Two nice cuts from J. Cole that aren’t off his The Warm Up mixtape which I believe drops today.  Check out my interview with him here.

.

-This “Ill Figures” cut from Raekwon, Kool G & M.O.P. is off of this Wu Tang Chamber Music album dropping on June 30th.  It’s being executive produced by RZA and links Wu-Tang verses up with other classic 90′s hip-hop artists.  According to the press release.

  • The album will be in-stores June 30th 2009. It features: Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, RZA, Inspectah Deck and U-God, along-side classic hip hop artists such as AZ, Cormega, Havoc (Mobb Deep), Kool G Rap, M.O.P, Masta Ace, Sadat X (Brand Nubian) and Sean Price (Heltah Skeltah/Boot Camp Clik).
CHAMBER MUSIC’s throw-back sound is inspired by classic soul and kung fu imagery. It features a combination of new beats and live instrumentation by Brooklyn soul band The Revelations (all supervised by RZA).

Check out another cut off of the album, “Harbor Mastors” ft Ghostface, AZ & Inspectah Deck.

-So I was a little confused when I saw a Styles P & Sheek Louch track with Ray J on the hook.  I actually like the song.  I’ve heard that sample before though.  I wanna say it’s off some old Bad Boy shit.  Anyone know what I’m talking about?

.

-This 50 track is off of his War Angel LP.  Wow.  It goes hard.  I can fuck with 50 when he is on his street/mixtape shit.  It’s just those commercial releases where he is always talking about his “magic stick” that kills him.  I don’t know about you, but I’m not particularly interested in the magical powers of 50 Cent‘s penis.  Just rap about selling crack and killing people.  You sound much cooler.

.

-Killer Mike is one of the best rappers no one talks about.  I think if he keeps doing his thing he could go down as one of the Scarface & Bun B type artists.  His sound sound is distinctively southern, but Mike is still lyrical as fuck.  Plus Killer Mike seems to finally have found a situation he’s happy with at Grand HustleTip is the only artist who doesn’t just sign mediocre weed carriers to his imprint.  Anyway this track is off Killer Mike‘s Underground Atlanta compilation he’s dropping.
