What’s up? I try to think of new ways to introduce shit everyday, but all I really manage to come up with is varying forms of what up. Once again I’ve been mad busy and big shouts to Mike for helping me hold the audio section as well as doing links for this story. I haven’t even really gotten to listen to a bunch of these tracks so it would be unfair to really comment on them. Who really cares what I have to say as long as you get the music right? That’s how I feel and I fucking write the shit. I guarantee that in the next couple weeks I am going to step up my stories by at least 100%. Especially with all the underground dudes. You guys already know who Young Jeezy is so I don’t really need to talk about him. I’m trying to make ihiphop a place for artists that are ignored by general media such as radio, MTV, and BET. Fuck those guys. These are the outlets that are fucking hip-hop up. The state of hip-hop has never been more powerful its just that the good shit is being ignored by the money hungry motherfuckers who want to get paid to promote artists. I’m here to promote good music, and I don’t expect a dime from a hungry artist who is just out there trying to make their dream come true. No one can ignore that money is important, and we all want a lot of it, but at the end of the day I got into this business because I love music. Without it I would be dead, addicted to drugs, or just generally fucked up and that isn’t an exaggeration.
