What’s good fuckers. Tons of good shit came out today. You should scope this mixtape story, and this mixtape story if you have any respect for yourself. Rashaan‘s story might be cooler then mine, but whatever. People are starting to step their games up on the mixtape stories which I really appreciate. -It’s funny because Cinematic and I took a 5 minute break from scouring the internet to talk about how dope Young Chris is, and this track with Emynd does nothing to dispel this theory.
-I’ve always though Slim Thug has been the dopest dude out of H-Town (besides UGK, but they’re technically from Port Arthur). Probably because his first album was produced by the Neptunes. This “I Run’ joint is pretty ill, and it’s a rip off of some weird 80′s song that I can’t think of off the top of the domepiece.
-I either really like Swizz Beatz’s tracks or think they are absolutely terrible. There is no middle ground with this dude in my opinion. As far as being a rapper, not a producer. His old Ruff Ryder beats will always be bomb. This “Big Ballin” joint is over the M.I.A. “Boys” instrumental, and I like it.
-Big Wiz is just some random rapper from Chicago, but I’ve liked every single one of his tracks. You should get familiar.
-I will now be referring to Charles Hamilton as Sonic the Weirdo.
-I really kind of think this Kanye album sucks. I’m down for progressive hip-hop, but this shit is just straight up homo-erotic. Who else saw this shit where Kanye was just peeing on the floor of the MTV Europe awards. That is something I would fucking do. Kanye‘s album? not so cool. Peeing on the floor? very cool.
