In anticipation of their upcoming collabo project CZARFACE, Wu-Tang’s Inspectah Deck and 7L & Esoteric drop a set of sick visuals for the track “Air ‘Em Out.” This video is honestly more than I expected from the two and definitely earns its points with The Rebel INS portraying a mafia don of sorts. The CZARFACE project drops February 19th.
Slum Village is back with their first project since last year’s Dirty Slums. For those following the group from it’s inception, the only original member left in SV is T3. Slum Village now consists of T3, J Dilla’s brother, Illa J, and Young RJ. Andy Samberg made his return to Saturday Night Live this past weekend to perform in one of his signature digital shorts alongside The Lonely Island, guest host Adam Levine and musical guest Kendrick Lamar. This is actually the first single from The Lonely Island’s forthcoming album and is currently available for download on iTunes. By the way, awesome cameo from Danny McBride in this one.
In recent months it’s seemed that 50 Cent has been subliminally dissing his own crew, G-Unit. Back in July he told XXL regarding Lloyd Banks and Tony Yayo, “they need to get themselves together,” before making an appearance on Big Boy’s Neighborhood to elaborate, “I’ve enabled them to a point where they feel like they don’t have to do anything.”
