I know this guy has been writing and producing for a lot of the top R&B acts.  That seems to be how the R&B game works.  You write for other people until you can force yourself into the limelight.  Take Ne-Yo and The-Dream for example.  However, from what I can tell this guy has way more swag than those guys.  He is actually rapping more than singing in this video.  All I know is that whatever he is doing sounds good.  Be sure to cop his Upside Down mixtape in case you missed it.
