While athletes get shoes, and rappers get clothing lines, Beyonce is getting a line of Samsung phones. Today the singer and Sprint introduced the “B’ Phone”, a version of the Upstage phone that was designed by Beyonce. The phone also features Beyonce-themed startup screen and the ability to download Beyonce photos, songs and videos. Plus the phone comes with a previously unreleased song.
"When I was 10, I recorded a song called ’632-5792′ — a phone number. It’s a little embarrassing but it’s cute. There’s a recording of that song on the phone exclusively for my fans," Beyonce told journalists according to Billboard. "I wanted to make sure people got a feel for who I really am. It’s only through this phone that you can get this close to my life."
The phone also features an MP3 player, and access to Sprint’s Sprint TV and Music Store as well as text messaging and instant messaging features.
