It’s one thing to say that Lil’ Wayne is better than Jay-Z (even though I strongly disagree with that claim). But it’s another thing to say that Weezy is bigger than—wait for this—Biggie, 2Pac, and Jay-Z combined. That’s exactly what Birdman wants you to believe. The Cashmoney Records CEO had some bloated compliments for his protégé in a recent interview with Miami New Times.
“He take it like a professional,” Birdman said of Wayne. “He never stop working and that’s why he where he is. And besides that, the li’l n*gga supergifted, extra-smart, talented like a motherf**ka. You know it’s possible that they can have another Wayne come out, but what he ’bout to do is a miracle for us to see. We was fortunate to grow up on Tupac, but he died young. This sh*t Wayne got bigger that. Bigger than Tupac, bigger than Biggie and Jay-Z. It’s crazy.”
I doubt that fans of the aforementioned music icons would agree with that bogus claim.
