Eminem’s childhood home is for sale at auction. Based on some of the topics he covered on that album, and the trauma associated with it, my guess is he won’t be bidding. But there may be some interested buyers in the Detroit area. Details after the jump.

From The Latin Post:

The house used to be owned by Eminem’s mother, Debbie Mathers, now known as Debbie Nelson. Now, however, The Michigan Land Bank has put the property up for auction. They have owned it since Oct. 5, 2012, according to MLive. Buyers can own the Detroit home on 19946 Dresden St. for a $35 processing fee and the right bid. Currently, there is no minimum bid on the home.
