Charles Hamilton has been making waves recently after dropping several mixtapes and getting signed by Interscope Records. The young rapper is multi-talented – he song-writes, produces and raps, and is heavily influenced by gaming.
In recent news, Hamilton has announced a planned Virtual Tour over the next months, that doesn’t include any physical venues. Confused? Well – Hamilton will team up with sites like OnSmash.com, OkayPlayer.com and NahRight.com, where new music from Hamilton will be streamed for two weeks. Users can also embed the music through their own Imeem accounts.
Hamilton is planning to reach over 2 million new listeners. Let us know what you think, and if it will actually work. Maybe this is the new formula for artist’s to get rich. Hmm…
