Rumors are going around fast that  your Pretty boy Floyd took Chili, of TLC, on a shopping spree in Las Vegas and bought her nine pairs of shoes at the Giuseppe Zanotti boutique inside the Forum Shops at Caesars. They say he spent about $4,600 on her. The couple was also spotted catching a late night bite at Mr. Lucky’s restaurant inside the Hard Rock Hotel.
