Philly and New York unite.

Representing differing hip-hop styles while commanding large portions of market share stand Dave East and Lil Uzi Vert. With the former representing a more traditional New York sound, and the latter being one of the focal points of the new wave movement, their union makes for a yin yang pairing, allowing their diverging energies to not repel, but attract. New York and Philly unite on Dave East and Lil Uzi Vert’s new collaboration, “Don’t Try me”.

Produced by Luca Vialli, Dave East teased the joint track this past Sunday on his Facebook page. In preparation of Paranoia 2, the follow-up to East’s acclaimed 2017 project, he gifts us this interesting cut that demonstrates both his individual skill, and ability to work with other talent.
