Did Soulja Boy Write Willow Smith’s “Whip My Hair”?

Update: It’s looking like since Willow used the “Hop out the bed turn my swag on” in her song Soulja might have hustled some publishing credit.  Lucky bastard!

I thought it was interesting when Soulja Boy tweeted that he wrote Willow Smith’s “Whip My Hair“.  However according to Wikipedia two people, Janae Rockwell and Ronald “Jukebox” Jackson, are credited for writing the song.  Neither of those people are Soulja Boy.  So either Wikipedia is wrong (which is highly possible) or Soulja Boy is just talking out of his a$$ (which is also highly possible).
