After the DMX was unable to fork over the $281K a judge says he owes a doggy clothing company for refusing to take part in a promotional campaign in 2004, DMX is being forced to auction off his Fifth Avenue townhouse to come up with the cash.

He was just arrested in Miami for driving with a suspended license.
