What do you do when your group is widely considered a has-been and your last two albums have failed to put you back in the spotlight? Easy—you sign to Cash Money Records. The Dogg Pound duo of Daz and Kurupt have joined Baby and Lil’ Wayne at Cash Money Records. The group left a message on their website officially confirming the new deal. They added that a new album is also in the works, to be released via Cash Money.

DPG’s last disc, Dogg Chit, was released in March via Daz’s DPG Recordz in conjunction with Koch Records. Dogg Chit, which was conceived as a sequel to the classic Dogg Food, only managed to sell 12,000 units in its opening week.
