The doctor who performed surgery on the late Dr. Donda West, mother of Kanye has given up his right to practice after numerous reports and claims of malpractice were brought against him. Obviously Jan Adams knew he was going to be hung out to dry if he had contested the complaints which as well as malpractice included tow charges of drink driving, so he played it safe and quit without incurring some serious legal fees.
Donda West died in November 2007 after complications due to plastic surgery performed by the Hollywood doctor.
