SamJimmy Iovine clearly has some sort of deal with Chrysler because he has conglomerate repping the brand heavy. Plus he even finagled Beats By Dre speakers in the car and everything. Are Chrysler 300’s even cool anymore though? They might of missed the boat on this one, but then again maybe Dr. Dre really is that cool that he can sell cars.
Although in real life he is too busy hopping in that Aston Martin after firing subtle shots at 50 Cent to be seen in a Chrysler. Part of me want to hate on Dre for not just dropping Detox already, but I get the specific feeling I’m not going to be too interested in the album anyway. Ironically Kendrick Lamar (27 second in) made a brief cameo in the commercial, and I’m more interested in hearing music from him than Dre in 2011. So if Dre wants to just get that corporate money I can’t be mad at him. Spotted at NR.
