Yup Papoose is gone from Jive. Well I mean what can I say..what was there one single…no album and a whole lotta money changed hands. I am sure there are a lot of Pap fans out there, but dude just didn’t appear to be made for the mainstream and obviously Jive thought the same.

Gonna keep this real quick, Tony Yayo is supposed to be getting the boot from Interscope (not surprising) , Ashanti has called it quits with The Inc (thought this had happened a long time ago) and Shawna has been told Def Jam will not be supporting her in any further projects.(why doesn’t that surprise me?) Has anyone actually been given a deal lately? All I keep hearing about is artists being dropped.

He shouldve went independent. He made the wrong move by hanging out with the Flip Mode garbage and Busted Rhymes. I wish the best for this dude because he is really talented. Just a bad case of the wrong people to run with.

Everybody hatin on Papoose needs to hear themselves Papoose did more then people dream about doing having Kay Slay praise you on radio..that’s all the PR rep you need..Street Credibility is what artists lack now..Papoose style shifted a little but still I’ll give mad respect to him if I saw him out in the streets..Pap just find that beat that works..and turn your vocals up on songs I always hear the beat louder then your voice…peace
