The single foreshadows good things for the OVO-signed duo’s next album.

Canadian R&B duo, Dvsn, has been hitting the promo tour hard en route to their forthcoming sophomore album, Morning After. After releasing the project’s cover art last month, in addition to an album trailer, the OVO-signed singer and producer team has just dropped off a presumed album single, “Mood”.

Serene, calming notes swirl together to create a tranquil melody that would be as comfortable at a late night jazz club as it would be at Rolling Loud, creating a nurturing platform for the group’s lead vocalist, Daniel Daley. Daley’s fixed high-pitch voice cascades seamlessly over the soulful Nineteen85 beat, allowing him to showcase the upper-end of his vocal range that seemingly stretches infinitely.

Listen to “Mood” to gear up for Morning After, and be on the lookout for the OVO release expected to drop soon.
