According to Famecount.com, Eminem is the first Hip Hop artist to reach a billion views on YouTube, making him the third most viewed person in the site’s history.  This was based on official YouTube pages, therefore this stat was determined when Em’s VEVO channel hit 1,000,163,659 views at 4 pm today.  This isn’t exactly a billion dollars, but I’m sure he’s sitting on a nice sum after the Super Bowl.

Within the past year, Just Bieber became the most viewed person on YouTube, placing him in a close race with Lady Gaga.  As you can see below, Rihanna is close to a billion, with 978,517,053 views total.
