Federal authorities arrested six people yesterday for importing nearly fake street wear, including Rocawear and Evisu. The counterfeit designer clothing imported into the U.S. from China are said to be worth about $20 million.

Undercover FBI informants purchased some of the fake street wear at stores located in New York, and intercepted phone calls and emails between some of the defendants.  Among the six people arrested was a man based in China who manufactured the clothes, and a freight forwarder in Los Angeles. The others were arrested in New Jersey, California, and New York.
