According to the New York Post Just For You Entertainment is suing Floyd Mayweather because they are claiming that Floyd stole their artist Freck Billionaire. If you don’t know who he is he is the light skin guy with freckles from Philadelphia that raps in Fabolous’s Street Fam crew. Just For You Entertainment insist that Floyd was initially informed of the lawsuit in November 2009 and he has past the due date for his response and that the court documents have been filed.
Just For You Entertainment wants a default judgment for the $155,000, that would cover studio time, living expenses for, and past child support Freck owed. The company is asking the Manhattan federal court for $600,000 in additional damages. In a 2009 interview for The Boom Box Floyd claimed that Freck signed to his label under false pretenses and stole a watch from him.
Freck‘s camp denies allegations and claims Floyd had a mind set of Philthy Rich Records or die and wanted Freck to stop chilling with Fabolous and when Freck chose to be a loyal friend to Fab he was cut off and accused of stealing a watch that Freck and his management claim was giving to him as gift to celebrate the new business venture.
