Last month, 9th Wonder and Talib Kweli -- under the pseudonym Indie 500 -- were graciously joined by West Coasters Problem and Bad Lucc. Today, they're sharing the powerful visuals from their latest track, ''Which Side Are You On'', featuring another pair of guests in Tef Poe and Kendra Ross. Furthermore, Kweli revealed the concept behind ''Which Side Are You On'', as well as it's moving video. Kweli says the song ''pays homage to those murdered by the police over the past year and those who have taken a stand'' and that the video -- which contains footage from the Ferguson Rocks and Ferguson Is Everywhere fundraiser -- features Tom Morello, Bun B, Common, Outernational, Cornel West, Pharoahe Monch, Jasiri X, M-1 of dead prez and K'Valentine all of whom ''participated in the August concerts''. With Halloween just around the corner, rap music is already preparing itself for the festivities. Rightfully so, it's a season that's ripe for conceptually interesting rap music. There's even an entire subgenre within rap which, lest we forget, brazenly deals with the macabre. Although Sheek Louch makes rap music far from the ''horrorcore'' style, his latest cut, ''Sucka Free'' -- featuring fellow D-Block rapper Jadakiss, no less -- is a clinical bloodbath. Sheek makes work of the song, which is backed by a jagged and distorted beat. Additionally, Jadakiss' guest spot -- while perfectly adequate -- discovers the Brooklyn emcee getting into holiday season early with an equally wicked verse.
