      The party for the Sports Illustrated Magazine Swimsuit edition which was held at Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant, may have left its party goers with a little more than a stomach full of canapes and exquisite food.  It turns out that one of the people catering the party has exposed the guest list to Hepatitis A. Beyonce was present of course at this party as she had the cover spot, even though many SI fans have pointedly complained about her presence in the coveted mag. But thankfully for
