The mugshots of Tip & Tiny.  I still can’t get over how poor T.I.’s decision process is.  I’m not even mad at him for smoking weed, or popping a pill.  I just don’t know why he couldn’t wait to get back to his crib or baller hotel suite to get the festivities started.
