So during a hectic CMJ week in NYC I caught up with Skeme to discuss a bunch of things including his most recent project Pistols & Palm Trees.  One thing we touched on is the emergence of LA rappers being less likely to claim colors.  There is is less emphasis being made on being part of the LA gang culture, and I feel like it is leading to a lot of creativity.

Skeme also speaks on his team, Baron Davis is his investor, and where he wants to be 5 years from now.  In Australia with some model b*tches and tons of money.  Sounds like a plan to me!  Check him out.
