It’s no secret that the German production team known as the Snowgoons had an extraordinary 2011.  The group closed out the year with the release of their collaborative album with M.O.P., Sparta.  The album has since emerged as a critical success, earning a spot on our Best of 2011 list as well as a coveted top 5 spot on DJ Premier’s Top 25 Albums list.

DJ Illegal, Det, Sicknature & J.S. Kuster, collectively known as the Snowgoons, kicked off the new year by sitting down with iHipHop to talk about the formation of the production crew, working with M.O.P., and the difference between American and European hip-hop fans.
