Irv Gotti Sons Def Jam

Irv goes in on the current state of Def Jam, the most historical label in hip-hop history.  He makes some really valid points about there being a disconnection between the artists and the executives.  That being said hip-hop and more importantly the music business have changed significantly since Irv went dormant.  Not so sure Irv knows what is really good in 2011.  However, Barry Weiss doesn’t either.
