DMX getting arrested is kind of like a Charlies Sheen getting caught with hookers and drugs story.  It’s not really news at all.  It looks like X didn’t feel like checking in with his probation officer.  According to TMZ:

• X, who was out on parole after an assault conviction, was busted in Phoenix last night at 6:00 PM for not following the terms of his probation. He didn’t check in with his probation officer.
