Is it a rap for this guy?  He has just been chillen.  With this music sh*t you have to have a certain sense of urgency.  He had such a monster hit, and just let all the buzz die down.  It has been 5 years since his last hit record.  Plus this new music is sounding completely average.  This is off his upcoming Pharaoh$ & King$ mixtape.
