J. Cole’s back with some new hotness on the Jim Jonsin produced “Pass Me By.”  The hook reminds me of a commercial jingle, only because it’s so cheerful but very catchy.  Cole uses this song to break down class differences, race dichotomy and chime in on the unjust legal system.  This song’s tight, but Cole and Bobby Ray need to make another song like “Gladiators” sometime soon.
