Jay-Z has been spotted all over New York shooting the video for “Empire State Of Mind”.  I don’t live there, but maybe some of you all can recognize the locations by the background.  I know the video was shot somewhere in Harlem and I think the other pics are in Manhattan somewhere. Check ‘em out:
