So last night Jay-Z opened up the Nike World Basketball Festival at Radio City Music Hall in NYC.  All I know is that Memphis Bleek traded in the du-rag for a suit.  Later Hov hit NYC hot spot avenue to party it up with the likes of Michael Jordan, Rick Ross, Fabolous & more.  Pics jerked from RR.
