Jay-Z has finalized his plans for his North American tour with dates and the addition of N.E.R.D., Wale and Roc Nation signee J.Cole.  The thing that makes Jigga great is the understanding of hitting smaller markets at venues where people who normally sell 40 million records would not perform.  It’s also why Live Nation gave him $150 Million.  Here are the dates:
