Jay-Z and his 40/40 Club partner Juan Perez are suing “Big Papi” David Ortiz.  The lawsuit surrounds Ortiz‘s night club in the Dominican Republic, called Forty / Forty.  The lawsuit calls for Ortiz to pay up $5 Million in damages.  Whether or not the suit can go through, given the international nature of the case, is yet to be seen.  Regardless, I’m kind of dumbfounded that Ortiz would pull such an obviously idiotic move and mess with Jay-Z‘s strong business practices.  You think Jay-Z would’ve been this mad if Papi was a Yankee?
