Jay-Z is proving once again he is the best at building momentum and promoting for his project.  the biggest and most impressive thing about this time around is that the Def Jam machine isn’t working for him and he still is maintaining an incredible buzz.  He’s got Oprah bouncing around his old projects probably for a story on her show.  Blueprint 3 coming 9/11!
