Kanye West Pleads Not Guilty to Airport Assault Case

Kanye West has pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor charges stemming from his airport scuffle with a photographer in March 2008. Kanye’s attorney Blair Berk appeared on his behalf this past Friday (May 15).  A pre-trial hearing has been set for July 15th. His road manager, Don Crawley aka Don C., also submitted a not guilty plea.

With everything else going on in L.A., maybe they should focus on more pressing issues.

    If this is from when they got n 2 it wit a TMZ photouagh them guys can hang it up, they caught them on film. Hell they made the film! But stranger things have happened, look @ the R. Kelly case. Maybe Amber will give Harvey some head and he’ll have his goons drop the case?! What yall think?
