It’s been five years since we last heard from Kelly Rowland as a solo artist. Her debut album, Simply Deep, only went Gold, which isn’t too good compared to Beyonce’s 4x platinum debut album, Dangerously in Love. This time Kelly is probably hoping to at least match what Beyonce is doing by dropping her new album, Ms. Kelly, on June 26.
"I have put my heart and soul into this record," she said. "I am excited that everyone will hear it. I am completely exposed. It’s the real me."
The first single, “Like This”, featuring Eve will hit radio and video at the end of the month followed by the second single, “Ghetto” featuring Snoop Dogg, hitting around the time the album drops.
