It’s been announced that Kid Cudi has been selected by Mark Wahlberg to join the cast of his new show on HBO, How To Make It In America.  The boy Marky Mark is already  an executive producer for Entourage.  Cudi‘s character will be called Domingo Dean,

“I actually named my character after both of my brothers – Dean, who lives in Phoenix, being one of them, and Domingo.”

This is just further evidence that hip-hop is merely a starting point for artists these days.  No details have emerged on when it will premier.
