Off his forthcoming project, Project Baby 2: All Grown Up.

Kodak Black has been keeping plenty busy this past year. On top of delivering his full-length studio album, Painting Pictures, home to his hit track “Tunnel Vision”, he recently dropped off his mixtape, Project Baby 2, featuring stars like Offset and Xxxtentacion. Today, he announced that he has another project in the works: Project Baby 2: All Grown Up and also dropped off the tape’s lead single, “201519971800”.

Shelving his career-making upbeat anthems in favor of a more subdued cut, “201519971800” displays Kodak’s vulnerability as he spits over a refurbished “Can I” by Beyoncé and Drake. Questioning people’s motives for associating with him, Kodak has grown jaded while withering in the spotlight, forcing him to look inward to find the truth.
